Combat has undergone a huge change, as characters can now change classes on the fly, and pairings of the six protagonists can fuse into an Ouroboros, which we know very little about right now. Gameplay reveals have shown off that the party can now have seven active members at once, a huge step up from the restriction of three in previous games.
